Member Billing Portal

How renters, students, and CFIs can view their own invoices and account balance.

Overview

When your organization has the Billing & Payments add-on enabled, all members can view their own invoices directly through Aloft360 — no need to email or call the front desk.

Accessing Your Invoices

  1. Click Invoices in the left sidebar.
  2. Your personal invoice list appears, filtered to invoices where your email is the pilot on record.

Admins and owners see all invoices for the organization. Other roles see only their own.

What's on an Invoice

Each invoice shows:

Account Balance

Members with pre-paid block time packages can view their balance at My Balance (/account/balance). This page shows:

A My Balance → link appears at the top of the invoices page for non-admin members when billing is enabled.

Receiving Invoice Emails

Invoices are automatically emailed to the pilot's address when a flight checks in and a matching rate card exists. The email includes:

If you're not receiving invoice emails, confirm your email address is correct in your member profile under Settings → Members → [your name].
