Scheduling

Recurring Reservations

Create weekly or biweekly repeating bookings in a single step.

Overview

Recurring reservations let you book the same aircraft, time slot, and pilot on a weekly or biweekly schedule — all at once. Common uses include weekly training slots, regular club nights, and scheduled maintenance windows.

Creating a Recurring Reservation

  1. Open the Schedule page and click any empty slot on the calendar, or use the + New Booking button.
  2. Fill in aircraft, pilot, date, and time as usual.
  3. At the bottom of the form, toggle Repeat this booking on.
  4. Choose Frequency: Weekly (every 7 days) or Biweekly (every 14 days).
  5. Set the number of Occurrences (2–26, including the first booking).
  6. A date preview appears showing every planned booking date before you submit.
  7. Click Create N Reservations.

Conflict Checking

Before any reservation is created, the system checks every occurrence for conflicts. If any date in the series conflicts with an existing booking, the whole series is rejected and you'll see an error identifying which date caused the conflict. Adjust your start date or reduce the number of occurrences and try again.

Viewing Recurring Bookings

Recurring bookings appear on the calendar like any other reservation. In My Reservations, each recurring booking shows a Recurring badge. When multiple instances of the same series appear in your upcoming list, a Cancel series (N) button is shown.

Cancelling a Series

To cancel all remaining instances of a recurring series:

  1. Go to Schedule → My Reservations.
  2. Find any booking in the series (it will show the Recurring badge).
  3. Click Cancel series (N) — where N is the number of future instances.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

Only future scheduled instances are cancelled. Any already completed or in-progress reservations are unaffected.

To cancel a single instance without affecting the rest, use the normal cancel flow on that individual reservation.
