How to manage your Aloft360 subscription, upgrade plans, add modules, and understand the free trial.
Click Billing in the sidebar. Only Owners can manage billing.

All plans include a 30-day free trial.
After the free trial ends, go to Billing and click Subscribe to choose a plan and enter a payment method.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Trip dispatch, pilot management, per-aircraft access control, check-in/check-out, and operating cost tracking for Part 91 operations.

Automated invoicing, member account balances, and Stripe payment collection. Auto-generates invoices from Hobbs or tach time on check-in.

Both add-ons require an active base plan subscription before they can be activated.
Each organization gets one 30-day free trial, shared across all modules. Whichever module you subscribe to first uses the trial. After the trial has been used, subsequent subscriptions (base plan or add-ons) begin immediately without an additional trial period.
Click Open Billing Portal on the Billing page to:
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
