Manage charter client contacts, link clients to quotes and trips, and build a searchable client history.

What Is the Client CRM?

The Client CRM is a lightweight contact manager for your charter clients. Store names, companies, emails, phone numbers, and notes — then link clients directly to quotes and trips for a full history of their business with you.

To access: Professional → Clients.

Adding a Client

  1. Click New Client.
  2. Fill in the details:
    • Name (required)
    • Company — e.g., "Acme Corp"
    • Email — used to send quote emails directly
    • Phone
    • Notes — preferences, special requirements, VIP status, etc.
  3. Click Save.

Linking Clients to Quotes

When creating or editing a charter quote, select a client from the Client dropdown. This links the quote to the client record and enables the Email to Client button on the quote detail page.

Editing and Deleting Clients

From the client list, use the pencil icon to edit any client, or the trash icon to delete. Deleting a client does not delete any associated quotes or trips — the client field on those records will simply show blank.
