Track pilot duty periods and flight hours for FAR compliance. Supports configurable limits for Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
Crew Duty Time tracks pilot duty periods and cumulative flight hours to help you maintain FAR compliance. The system automatically creates duty period records when pilots check in and out of trips, and flags violations when pilots approach or exceed configured limits.

Each duty period records:
Duty periods are created automatically when pilots check out/in on trips. Admins can also create periods manually for off-platform flights.
The top of the duty page shows rolling-window summaries for the selected pilot:

Aloft360 ships with sensible defaults based on common FAR limits. Admins can customize all limits per operation type:
These are the regulatory minimums. Your specific operation may have more restrictive limits in your OpSpec. Always verify against your actual authorizations.
Owners and admins can set custom limits by clicking Configure Limits (gear icon):

| Warn at % | Show amber warning when this % of any limit is reached (e.g., 80) |
Admins can add historical or off-platform duty periods:
Owners and admins can switch between pilots using the selector at the top of the page. Contract pilots can only view their own records.
