How to use the Dispatch Board to track today's flights, upcoming trips, and fleet status at a glance.

What Is the Dispatch Board?

The Dispatch Board is a real-time operations view that shows your entire trip pipeline for the next 14 days. It's designed to give dispatchers and managers a single-screen view of what's flying today, what's coming up, and which aircraft are available.

To access it: Professional → Dispatch.

Summary Cards

At the top of the board, four summary cards give you an instant status check:

Today's TripsTotal trips departing today; "X in progress" if any are active
Upcoming (14d)All trips in the 14-day window; "X unassigned" warning if any lack a pilot
AircraftTotal pro aircraft in fleet; "X grounded" if any have open grounded squawks
Fleet StatusPer-aircraft status: ✓ ready, ⚠ open MEL items, or ✗ GROUNDED

Today's Flights

The Today section shows every trip departing today as a full card, with:

Upcoming Trips

Trips in the next 14 days are grouped by departure date. Each date section shows compact trip cards with route, time, tail, and pilot assignment status.

Fleet Status Panel

The fleet status card in the top-right shows every professional aircraft with an icon indicating its state:

This status is pulled directly from maintenance records and MEL items — no manual updates required.

Trip Status Colors
