How to use the Dispatch Board to track today's flights, upcoming trips, and fleet status at a glance.
The Dispatch Board is a real-time operations view that shows your entire trip pipeline for the next 14 days. It's designed to give dispatchers and managers a single-screen view of what's flying today, what's coming up, and which aircraft are available.
To access it: Professional → Dispatch.
At the top of the board, four summary cards give you an instant status check:
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Today's Trips | Total trips departing today; "X in progress" if any are active |
| Upcoming (14d) | All trips in the 14-day window; "X unassigned" warning if any lack a pilot |
| Aircraft | Total pro aircraft in fleet; "X grounded" if any have open grounded squawks |
| Fleet Status | Per-aircraft status: ✓ ready, ⚠ open MEL items, or ✗ GROUNDED |
The Today section shows every trip departing today as a full card, with:
