Viewing Flight History
By aircraft:
- Go to Aircraft and open any aircraft.
- Click the Flights tab.
- All flights for that aircraft are listed in reverse chronological order.
Across all aircraft:
- Click Flights in the sidebar.
- This shows a combined log of all flights across your entire fleet.
Filtering Flights
Use the filter controls at the top of the flight list to narrow results by:
- Date range — filter to a specific month, quarter, or custom range
- Pilot — show flights for a specific pilot
- Aircraft — filter by tail number
Flight Details
Click any flight entry to see the full detail:
- Date and duration
- Hobbs/tach start, end, and elapsed time
- Number of landings
- Pilot name
- Notes
Downloading Flight Records
To export flight data:
- Go to the Flights list (aircraft-specific or all flights).
- Apply any filters you want (date range, pilot, aircraft).
- Click Export → Download CSV.
The CSV includes all visible columns: date, aircraft, pilot, Hobbs start/end, tach start/end, elapsed time, landings, and notes.
