Welcome to Aloft360
Aloft360 is an aircraft management platform built for individual owners, flight schools, flying clubs, and professional operators. It gives you one place to track flight hours, manage inspections, log maintenance, schedule reservations, manage your team, and handle billing.
What You Can Do
- Track flight hours — log every flight with Hobbs/tach start and end times. Aircraft totals update automatically.
- Manage inspections — track Annual, 100-Hour, ADs, ELT battery, transponder, and pitot-static checks with automatic due-date calculation.
- Log maintenance — record squawks, maintenance entries, and costs against any aircraft.
- Schedule reservations — a shared booking calendar lets members reserve aircraft with conflict detection.
- Manage your team — invite members, assign roles (including additional roles), and control access per role.
- Track member currency — BFR, IPC, recency checks, and custom currency requirements per member.
- Student Training Module — track student time totals by category, endorsements, and FAA Part 61 checkride progress for PPL, IR, CPL, CFI, and CFII (free, toggleable in Settings).
- TSA / AFSP Tracking — record citizenship status and AFSP approval data for non-citizen students as required under 49 CFR Part 1552 (always available).
- Professional operations — dispatch trips, assign contract or employed pilots, track operating costs, and log check-in/check-out (requires Professional add-on, $49/mo).
- Automated billing — auto-generate invoices from flight time, manage member account balances, and collect payments via Stripe (requires Billing & Payments add-on, $29/mo).
First Steps
- Add your organization — this was created during signup. You can rename it in Settings.
- Add your first aircraft — go to Aircraft → Add Aircraft. You'll need the tail number, make, model, and current Hobbs or tach time.
- Invite your team — go to Settings → Members → Invite. See Inviting Team Members.
- Set up inspections — open any aircraft and go to the Inspections tab. Enter the last completed date and current hours for each inspection type.
- Log your first flight — open any aircraft and go to the Flights tab.

Add-Ons
Aloft360's base plans cover fleet management and scheduling. Two add-ons extend the platform:
| Add-On | Price | What It Adds |
|---|
| Professional Module | $49/mo | Trip dispatch, pilot management, check-in/check-out, cost tracking |
| Billing & Payments | $29/mo | Automated invoicing, member balances, Stripe payment collection |
Both require an active base plan. A 30-day free trial is shared across all modules — whichever you subscribe to first uses it.
