Getting Started with Aloft360

A complete overview of Aloft360 — what it does, how to set up your account, and where to begin.

Welcome to Aloft360

Aloft360 is an aircraft management platform built for individual owners, flight schools, flying clubs, and professional operators. It gives you one place to track flight hours, manage inspections, log maintenance, schedule reservations, manage your team, and handle billing.

What You Can Do

First Steps

  1. Add your organization — this was created during signup. You can rename it in Settings.
  2. Add your first aircraft — go to Aircraft → Add Aircraft. You'll need the tail number, make, model, and current Hobbs or tach time.
  3. Invite your team — go to Settings → Members → Invite. See Inviting Team Members.
  4. Set up inspections — open any aircraft and go to the Inspections tab. Enter the last completed date and current hours for each inspection type.
  5. Log your first flight — open any aircraft and go to the Flights tab.
