Know what moves—and what needs separate setup
| Data | Available now | Review before switching |
|---|---|---|
| Members | CSV preview, column mapping, validation, and invitation emails. | People must accept their invitations before joining. Existing roles are not overwritten. |
| Aircraft | Guided setup through the aircraft form. | Verify opening hours, meter readings, and inspection information against your records. |
| Reservations | Create bookings in the schedule after setup. | Historical and recurring-reservation CSV migration is not provided by this assistant. |
| Billing and flight history | Keep original exports available for reference. | This importer does not transfer balances, invoices, inspection history, or past flight logs. |
A practical switching sequence
1. Keep a reference copy
Export from your existing system and keep an unchanged backup. Confirm what the export actually contains; a contact list is not a complete operational archive.
2. Start with a small roster
Try a few people first. Map names, emails, and roles; correct errors and check who already belongs to your organization. Only selected, valid new people are invited.
3. Verify the operating setup
Review the organization timezone and aircraft records, then check a reservation at a known local time. Verify inspection records and opening meter readings before relying on them.
4. Choose the handover point
Tell your team which schedule is authoritative from a specific time. Keep your original records accessible and reconcile any changes made during the transition.
Try the roster preview

Include only names, emails, and roles. Leave medical, billing, and identity documents out of this roster.
What happens when invitations are sent?
An owner or admin reviews the roster inside their organization and confirms the recipients. Aloft360 sends invitations in small batches and reports sent, skipped, and attention-needed results. If a request is interrupted, check the member list before retrying. A saved invitation and a delivered email are different outcomes.
Your export does not carry passwords into Aloft360. Existing members keep their roles. Pending invitations are left for an administrator to manage, rather than automatically resent.
