Inviting Team Members

How to invite pilots, instructors, and staff to your organization and assign them the right role.

Inviting a Member

Only Owners and Admins can invite new members.

  1. Go to Settings → Members in the sidebar.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the person's email address.
  4. Select their role (see roles below).
  5. Click Send Invite.

The invited person will receive an email with a link to create their account and join your organization.

Roles

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerFull access — billing, settings, all aircraft, all members
AdminSame as Owner except billing
CFIView and log flights, view inspections, manage reservations
RenterMake reservations, view their own flights
StudentSame as Renter, plus training records and endorsements (requires Training Module)
Contract PilotView assigned aircraft, check in/out trips (Professional only)
MechanicView aircraft, inspections, squawks, and maintenance records; create and resolve squawks

Managing Existing Members

Resending an Invite

If someone didn't receive their invite email:

  1. Go to Settings → Members → Pending Invites.
  2. Find the invite and click Resend.
