Getting Started
How to invite pilots, instructors, and staff to your organization and assign them the right role.
Only Owners and Admins can invite new members.
The invited person will receive an email with a link to create their account and join your organization.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — billing, settings, all aircraft, all members |
| Admin | Same as Owner except billing |
| CFI | View and log flights, view inspections, manage reservations |
| Renter | Make reservations, view their own flights |
| Student | Same as Renter, plus training records and endorsements (requires Training Module) |
| Contract Pilot | View assigned aircraft, check in/out trips (Professional only) |
| Mechanic | View aircraft, inspections, squawks, and maintenance records; create and resolve squawks |
