Setting Up Inspections

How to configure Annual, 100-Hour, AD, ELT battery, transponder, and pitot-static inspections with due-date tracking.

Inspection Types

Aloft360 tracks six standard inspection types:

Setting Up an Inspection

  1. Open any aircraft and go to the Inspections tab.
  2. Click Add Inspection (or click the inspection type you want to configure).
  3. Fill in:
    • Last completed date — when this inspection was last performed
    • Last completed hours — Hobbs/tach hours at the time of the inspection (for hour-based types)
  4. Click Save.

Aloft360 calculates the next due date and/or due hours automatically.

Alert Thresholds

Dashboard alerts trigger when:

Aircraft appear yellow (Due Soon) in the fleet overview when any inspection is within threshold, and red (Overdue) when any inspection is past due.

Updating After an Inspection

After an inspection is completed:

  1. Open the aircraft → Inspections tab.
  2. Click on the inspection.
  3. Click Mark Complete.
  4. Enter the completion date and current hours.
  5. Click Save.

Aloft360 automatically calculates the next due date.

ADs (Airworthiness Directives)

ADs are tracked individually because each has its own compliance method and interval. When adding an AD:
