Share a secure, no-login link with passengers so they can review trip details and accept the passenger waiver before departure.

What Is the Passenger Portal?

The Passenger Portal lets you share a secure link with passengers so they can view trip information and accept the passenger waiver — without needing an Aloft360 account. It's designed for charter clients and their guests who need to confirm their participation before a flight.

Generating a Portal Link

  1. Open the trip detail page.
  2. Scroll to the Passenger Portal section (visible when the feature is enabled and the trip is not yet completed or cancelled).
  3. Click Generate Link.
  4. Copy the link and share it with passengers directly (by email, text, etc.).

The same link is reused for subsequent shares — clicking Generate Link again shows the existing link.

What Passengers See

When a passenger opens the portal link, they see a page (no login required) showing:

Accepting the Waiver

At the bottom of the passenger portal page is a Confirm & Accept button. When any person clicks it, all passengers on the manifest are marked as having accepted the waiver. The acceptance is timestamped and stored with the trip record.

Link Expiry

Portal links do not expire by default. If you need to invalidate a link (e.g., the trip was cancelled), you can delete the trip or contact support.
