Adding an Aircraft

To add aircraft to your organization, you must be an Owner or Admin.

1. Click Aircraft in the left sidebar.
2. Click the Add Aircraft button (top right).
3. Fill in the details:
   • Tail Number — the N-number or registration (e.g. N12345). This is required.
   • Make — manufacturer (e.g. Cessna, Piper, Cirrus).
   • Model — specific model (e.g. 172S, PA-28, SR22).
   • Year — year of manufacture.
4. Click Save.

Setting Current Hours

After creating the aircraft, set the current Hobbs and tach times so your logs start from the correct baseline.

1. Open the aircraft and go to the Details tab.
2. Click Edit Hours.
3. Enter the current Hobbs time and/or Tach time.
4. Click Save.

These numbers are the starting point. Every logged flight will add to them automatically.

Adding Multiple Aircraft

Repeat the process for each aircraft. The number of aircraft you can add depends on your plan:

• Starter — 1 aircraft
• Pro — up to 6 aircraft
• Max — up to 50 aircraft

What to Do Next

• Set up inspections for Annual, 100-Hour, and AD tracking.
• Log a flight to start building your records.
• Edit Hobbs, Tach & Cycles if you need to correct hours later.
