Trip Remarks & Notes

Add internal remarks, special instructions, or operational notes to any trip — editable by managers and visible to the assigned pilot.

What Are Trip Remarks?

The Remarks / Notes section on a trip allows managers and dispatchers to add free-form text to a trip record. Use it for:

Adding Remarks

  1. Open the trip detail page.
  2. Scroll to the Remarks / Notes card at the bottom.
  3. Click the Add (or Edit) button.
  4. Type your remarks in the text field.
  5. Click Save.

Remarks support multi-line text and are preserved with exact formatting.

Editing Remarks

Click the Edit pencil icon on the Remarks card to modify existing notes. Click Save to confirm, or Cancel to discard changes.

Who Can See Remarks

Remarks are internal to your organization and are not included in the Passenger Portal view.

Remarks vs. Notes on Trip Creation

When creating a trip, there is also a Notes field on the new trip form. Those notes and the trip's Remarks section both map to the same notes field — editing one updates the other. If you want to add notes after a trip is created without opening the edit form, use the Remarks card directly on the trip detail page.
