Setting up your school

  1. Verify your email, create a school/club workspace, and set its timezone.
  2. Add an aircraft, review member roles, and enable Training if you teach.
  3. Try a lesson booking, checkout and completed-flight record with your team.
  4. Preview your member CSV before sending invitations. Reconcile historical records and balances separately.

Common questions

Can I use this for my school’s required records?
Evaluate the available fields, exports and workflows against your school’s recordkeeping procedures before adopting them. Aloft360 does not certify regulatory compliance or provide an approval for your training operation.
Does membership dues management charge members automatically?
No. Dues in school/club workspaces create internal monthly amount-due records. An authorized administrator records payment manually with a reference. Dues management requires access to the Billing module.
What does the roster importer move?
It maps and validates member CSV data for review before invitations are sent. It does not automatically migrate aircraft, historical flights, inspections, reservations or balances.
Is payment required to begin?
No card is required to start. Verify your email and create your workspace to begin the 30-day trial. Choose a base plan and any needed add-ons before the trial expires to continue operational access.
