How it works

Copy your link

Every account has one. It is on your billing page and does not expire.

Step 2

They start a trial

Your link opens signup with your name on it. 30-day trial, no credit card.

Step 3

You both get a month

After they have been on a paid plan for 30 days, each of you is credited a free month of your base plan.

Terms

  • One free month of each party's current base plan. Add-ons are not included.
  • The credit applies after the referred organization has been on a paid plan for 30 days and is still active at that point.
  • One credit per referred organization. There is no limit on how many operators you refer.
  • The credit is applied to your account balance and comes off your next invoice.
  • The link must be used at signup, so it only works for organizations new to Aloft360.

Referral FAQ

What do we each get?
One free month of your current base plan, credited to your account balance, and the same for the operator you referred. On Pro at $39/month that is a $39 credit. The Billing and Professional add-ons are not included.
When does the credit apply?
After the operator you referred has been on a paid plan for 30 days and is still active when the credit is applied. Trial time does not count toward the 30 days, and a cancellation before then means no credit.
Is there a limit?
One credit per referred organization. There is no cap on how many operators you can refer.
Where do I find my link?
Sign in and open your billing page. Your code and link are at the bottom, with a list of who has signed up, who is on a paid plan, and which credits have been applied.
Does the credit come as cash?
No. It is applied to your account balance and comes off your next invoice.
Can I refer someone who already has an account?
No. The link must be used at signup, so it only works for operators new to Aloft360.
