I am a sole owner — is the Starter plan enough?

Yes. Starter ($9/mo) covers one aircraft with full scheduling, squawks, flight logs, and inspection tracking. Starter includes unlimited members and maintenance tools. Choose Pro for up to 6 aircraft or Max for up to 50. Billing and Professional modules are optional add-ons.

How do you handle co-ownership share tracking?

Each member gets a share percentage. The Ownership dashboard shows hours flown per owner, expense allocation, and any imbalance against share. You can configure per-owner advance booking limits so one partner does not monopolize the schedule.

Does Aloft360 work for an LLC or trust ownership?

Yes. The org structure is flexible — you choose Sole, Partnership, LLC, or Leaseback during setup. The LLC option lets you record the entity name and tax structure metadata for your records.

Can my A&P access the squawk log?

Yes. Invite them with the Mechanic role. They see open squawks, can mark them resolved with a notes field, and can manage work orders without seeing member billing or scheduling internals.

How does this work with a leaseback to a flight school?

Configure the aircraft as Leaseback during setup and select the school. The school manages day-to-day scheduling and squawks; you see ownership totals, hours flown, expenses, and revenue in your own Ownership dashboard. If your school also runs Aloft360, you both see the same source of truth.

Does it track ADs and inspection compliance automatically?

You configure each due-date once (annual, 100-hr, ELT, transponder, pitot-static, ADs). Aloft360 alerts 30 days out, then 7 days out, then on-due. Hours-based items count down from current Hobbs/tach. AD compliance log is exportable for annual sign-off.
