Common switching questions

Can I import my data from Flight Schedule Pro?
The member import assistant supports CSV column mapping, validation, and invitation review. Aircraft use guided setup; historical reservations, inspection records, flight logs, and balances need separate entry or reconciliation. See Switching to Aloft360 in Resources for the supported scope and sample preview.
Will my members have to re-create accounts?
They will receive an email invitation to set a password the first time. Their schedule, reservation history, and member profile data is preserved on import.
Does Aloft360 have a native iOS app like FSP?
Not yet. Aloft360 is mobile-web first and can be added to the iOS home screen, which covers ramp and cockpit use for most schools. A native iOS app is on the 2026 roadmap.
Can I keep using FSP during the transition?
Yes. Most operators run both for one billing cycle. Configure Aloft360 in parallel, validate the data, then cancel FSP at the end of your current month. We do not require contracts.
Does Aloft360 integrate with QuickBooks?
A QuickBooks Online integration is on the 2026 roadmap as part of the Billing add-on. Today you can export invoices as CSV and import into QuickBooks. If this is a hard requirement, email us — we are prioritizing this with early customers.
How does pricing scale with aircraft?
Starter ($9/mo) covers 1 aircraft. Pro ($39/mo) covers up to 6 aircraft. Max ($99/mo) covers up to 50 aircraft. Members are unlimited on every plan. There are no per-instructor or per-student fees.
